These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our concrete contracting services in San Tan Valley, Arizona and surrounding areas.
Services Description
SV San Tan Valley Concrete provides professional concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, and commercial concrete work. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may be limited by weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by SV San Tan Valley Concrete are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, or changes to the scope of work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to market conditions or material cost changes.
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project agreement. Typical payment schedules include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by Arizona law. Work may be suspended if payment terms are not met.
Any disputes regarding payment must be raised within 10 days of invoice receipt.
Project Timeline
We will provide estimated start and completion dates for your project. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, completion dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as we become aware of them.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement and typically cover defects in workmanship for a specified period after completion.
Our warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather events, ground movement, or other factors beyond our control. Normal wear and tear, minor cracking, and color variations in concrete are expected and not covered under warranty.
To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow all maintenance recommendations provided at project completion.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work site and ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must disclose any known site conditions that may affect the project, including underground utilities, easements, or property line disputes.
You must keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the work site during construction. You are responsible for protecting landscaping, sprinkler systems, and other property features outside the immediate work area.
Changes to the project scope must be communicated and approved before work proceeds.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project by providing written notice. Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities.
If work has already commenced, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed, materials purchased, and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SV San Tan Valley Concrete's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
